Ingredients:

  • 50g brewed Amoura coffee
  • 350ml vegan cream
  • 100g coconut sugar by Natures Horizon
  • 2 tbsp organic cacao powder by Organic Wonders
  • 1 1/2 tsp agar agar 
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Topping: white vegan chocolate and cranberries 

Instructions:

1. Add the ingredients to a saucepan 

2. Simmer for 8 minutes, stirring frequently 

3. Pour in the moulds

4. Put it in the fridge to set for a few hours 

5. Decorate with melted vegan white chocolate and half a cranberry
