Chocolate and Cacao bliss balls

Tis the season for these delightful chocolate and cacao bliss balls made using Amoura coffee and organic cacao powder by Organic Wonders!.

The recipe to make these bliss balls are:

Ingredients:

  • 100g medool dates
  • 3 and 1/2 tbsp strong coffee using Amoura coffee beans
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 60g oats
  • 60g ground almonds
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of himalayan salt 

 

Eat as they are rolled in a little cacao powder, or add chocolate coating on top.

 

Instructions:

1. Mix the bliss ball ingredients in a food processor

2. Dip in melted chocolate 

3. Cool in the fridge for 20 minutes 

4. Decorate with melted white chocolate

5. Add a redcurrant and mint leaves
