Benefits of organic cinnamon and overnight oats 

Cinnamon powder is not just an autumnal spice, this tiny and mighty spice is packed full of minerals. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties and is known to regulate menstrual cycle, help with PCOS symptoms and great for your gut!

The benefits of the overnight oats is that its packed full of protein compared to oatmeal and are rich in soluble fibre. 

You will not be disappointed when making these easy and delicious overnight oats for breakfast as they will keep your sugar and hunger cravings reduced until lunch time!

Recipe 

For one serving 

  • 150 ml milk of choice 
  • 60g gluten-free oats 
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Cinnamon Powder by Organic Wonders
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds by Organic Wonders
  • 1 Organic Medjool date (chopped up) by Organic Wonders

Method

Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly in a jar and leave in the fridge overnight. Stir well and serve in the morning with fresh fruit, chia jam or whatever makes your heart happy and taste buds tingle!
